Highest Mileage Cars

Car & Driver lists the ten highest-mileage cars in production today.  Toyota dominates the list (naturally), and there's only a single American car on it.  Here's the list:

Honda Civic Hybrid
Smart Fortwo
Nissan Altima Hybrid
Toyota Camry Hybrid
VW Jetta TDI
2009 Ford Escape Hybrid
Toyota Yaris
Mini Cooper/Clubman
Honda Fit
