Bombing in Sri Lanka Kills Police, Wounds Schoolchildren

BBC reports that a suicide bombing yesterday in Vavuniya, the northernmost major town under government control (besides the enclave of Jaffna at the northern tip) killed 14 policemen and wounded 40 people, including an unidentified number of schoolchildren.
