Bhutan Transitions to Democracy
Tiny Bhutan held its first elections Monday in a little-noticed transition to democratic monarchy. With democracy seemingly under attack throughout the world as militants disprupt and authoritarian leaders suspend rights, it's good to see at least one nation moving toward democracy.
